Prior to Shipment

Before we ship your painting, we will email a picture of your painting to you and request your approval. If you are not satisfied with the painting, you may request that the artist make specific changes.

If the artist is unable to provide a painting that you approve, we will at our discretion, either ask another artist to accept the commission or cancel the order.

If we cancel the order, we will return your payment, less a 10% cancellation fee.

We will not ship the painting to you until we a) receive your approval or b) make at least three attempts to request your review of the painting and wait at least 30 days.

After Shipment

After you provide your preliminary, or Pre-shipment Approval, you will be responsible for shipping costs. After you receive the painting, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund of the price of the painting, less the shipping costs and the 10% cancellation fee.
